In the unfortunate case you are looking to cancel a subscription to a Room, don't worry. We're here to help!

Click on your profile icon located in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.

Once you have accessed your profile, click “Billing”.

Under the subscriptions tab, you will see a list of your current subscriptions. Click “Edit Subscription" next to the room that you want to cancel.

After clicking “Edit Subscription", you will see the option to “Leave Room." Click on it to cancel your subscription and leave that room immediately.

You will no longer be billed for that room as your subscription will be cancelled immediately. Remember, cancelling your subscription to a Room does not delete your MoonRoom account. You can still use MoonRoom as usual and subscribe to other Rooms.
